How do I return my order?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at hello@functionflex.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a prepaid returns label within one business day. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and, if needed, send a replacement at no cost to you.
How do I make a warranty claim?
The FlexCool Pro is covered by a 60-day manufacturer warranty against defects. To make a claim, email hello@functionflex.co.uk with your order number and a brief description (or photo/video) of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly — usually with a free replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, items are processed for dispatch and we may not be able to intercept. Contact us immediately at hello@functionflex.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands. International shipping to select European countries is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
